This was my first time using a service like Miran’s and I was naturally nervous. From the beginning though, Miran not only carefully and clearly explained the process but helped me feel at ease. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel confident that the house selling would be easy.
What has most impressed me, aside from his deep care for me as a customer and his professionalism, has been his tenacity. I recently contacted Open Door to arrange a viewing on a property in Doncaster. I was told by the agent on the phone that Jo was dealing with the viewings and that he would get her to ring me back that day. She rung me back promptly and offered to rearrange her appointments to work around me. She confirmed this appointment with a text and gave me her mobile number if I needed to reschedule.
On the day of the viewing, Jo was waiting at the property. She welcomed us with a warm smile and was very professional in her manner.
Over the last three years, I have viewed, bought and sold many properties; and have been left utterly disappointed by the service that I have received. In contrast, Jo did a fantastic job at explaining the sales process and was knowledgeable about both the property and the area.
